In March I selected some beautiful granite, but when it arrived at Imported Stone, Tom said he was concerned the stone was too fragile to be cut, and if it was, I might encounter problems later. So gladly he refunded my deposit and told me to look for some more granite. In other words, he risked losing my business because he wanted me to be happy with the finished product.
